The Rubber Process Development Chemist is a key member of the Research & Development (R&D) team and is responsible for developing and improving rubber compounds and processing methods for the Middlefield, Ohio facility, which specializes in rubber molding and extrusion.
This role focuses on new product and process development, as well as the optimization and customization of formulation, mixing, pressure molding, calendering, and curing operations.
The Rubber Process Development Chemist will also play a central role in enhancing product quality, reducing cost, improving productivity, and working closely with the operations team.
