RTO Training Coordinator – Australian Training Plus

We are recruiting for an RTO Training Coordinator to join Australian Training Plus (AT Plus), our Registered Training Organisation, with roles based in our Tamworth and/or Hamilton sites.

As RTO Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading training delivery, supporting trainers, and ensuring quality outcomes for learners. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll influence student success, compliance, and program performance every day.

You’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation committed to creating opportunity through education and meaningful employment.

How you’ll make a difference

• Leading and supporting Trainers to deliver high-quality, consistent training

• Coordinating training programs, schedules, and learner journeys

• Monitoring student progression, outcomes, and support needs

• Overseeing and administering online training delivery, ensuring quality, engagement, and compliance

• Building strong relationships with employers and industry stakeholders

• Coordinating work placements and industry engagement

• Ensuring training delivery meets compliance and quality standards

• Contributing to business growth, new programs, and community connections

This role blends people leadership, operational coordination, compliance, and relationship building.

Important information

• Roles are based in Tamworth and Hamilton (one position in Tamworth and two positions in Hamilton)

• Regular regional travel will be required

• You must hold (or be willing to obtain):
