RTO Support Officer– Australian Training Plus

Joblink Plus is recruiting two RTO Support Officers to join Australian Training Plus (AT Plus), with positions based in:

• Tamworth

• Hamilton

As an RTO Support Officer, you are critical to ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of training. You’ll support learners, trainers, and stakeholders by keeping processes running efficiently and ensuring every student journey is well-managed from enrolment through to completion.

This is a role where attention to detail, organisation, and care for people directly contributes to successful training outcomes.

How you’ll make a difference

• Supporting student enrolment, onboarding, and training plans

• Maintaining accurate student records and managing data systems

• Coordinating training schedules, resources, and materials

• Acting as the first point of contact for students, trainers, and employers

• Supporting communication and engagement with stakeholders

• Conducting compliance checks and maintaining quality documentation

• Assisting with learning systems (e.g., LMS platforms) and resource access

You will play a key role in ensuring training is efficient, compliant, and learner-focused

You’ll bring

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office

• A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support others

Experience in an RTO or training environment is highly regarded but not essential — we will support you to succeed.
