Job Description

RTM策略运营北京全职销售职能类职位描述1.制定适合公司销售发展的经/分销商布局策略,并按照城市分级原则并推动落地执行检核;
2.检核RTM策略在区域执行情况,对分销模式及覆盖情况出具报告,推动RTM策略落地执行;
3.制定年度经/分销商开发目标,给出区域销量增长建议,并参与销售年度预算目标的制定和审核;
4.对各区域分销达成情况进行追踪及管理,并定期进行预警及预测;职位要求1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、数据分析等相关专业优先。
2.具备3年以上快消品或零售行业渠道管理、RTM运营或销售策略相关经验
3.能熟练使用EXCEL等基础数据分析工具,标进行数据洞察以及机会点输出
4.具备较强的逻辑思维,数据敏感度,善于跨部门或跨区域沟通协作 投递
