Job Description:

Personal Injury Litigator is required by a
dynamic, fast paced and well established, multi-service Law firm in
Blackburn, Lancashire.

The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years
experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills
& case management system experience along with having the ability to
manage your own workload effectively. This is a terrific opportunity
for somebody looking to progress their career as an RTA Litigator.

The Role & Requirements:

• You will handle a Caseload of 50-60 files, which will predominately be RTA.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• It is essential that you possess minimum 5 years Litigation experience.
• You will quantify damages, prepare client statements and identify and prepare cases for litigation.
• Handling files by way of obtaining medical reports, liaising with
  clients, disclosing reports and attempting to reach settlement or
  issuing cases in line with company expectations.
• It is imperative that you are IT Literate, with experience using: Microsoft Excel, Case Management Systems & Outlook etc.
