Job Description

Experience: 5 -10 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
Shift Timings: 2nd Shift

Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and Billing Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Analyse and provide solutions to the customer for complex finance and billing issues
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on complex finance and billing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions to address specific business needs.
  • Implement and configure F&O modules related to finance and billing, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow Management.
  • Assist clients with testing activities.
  • Investigate and analyse reporting issues and work with a developer on the fix

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O finance and billing modules.
    • Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Deep understanding of finance and billing processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
    • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Experience with industry-specific finance and billing practices
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in English
    • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and Operations.
  • Proven track record of successful F&O implementations.
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems or finance software.
  • At least 5 years of work experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in a similar position

  • Client satisfaction ratings.
  • Issue resolution completion on time and within budget.
  • Quality of deliverables and solutions.
  • Effective knowledge transfer to client teams.
