Job Title

RSOC Monitoring Analyst (Data Centre, JOHOR)

• Perform continuous monitoring of:

  • Access control systems

  • Video surveillance systems

  • Intrusion detection systems

  • Safety and environmental alarm systems

• Conduct initial triage and classification of events:

  • Security events

  • Safety (EHS) events

  • Infrastructure-related incidents

• Execute incident escalation in accordance with GSOC escalation models:

  • Security Operations teams

  • EHS response teams

  • IRC / Infrastructure Operations

• Support incident communication coordination:

  • Notify relevant stakeholders

  • Track escalation status

  • Maintain incident timelines

• Monitor infrastructure operational alerts, including:

  • Security system outages

  • Access disruptions

  • Facility-related operational issues

• Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents

• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and tracking records

• Adhere to GSOC standard operating procedures, escalation thresholds, and event classification models

• Support 24/7 operations, including shift-based monitoring coverage

Requirements:

• Diploma holder

• Any relevant working experience will be advantageous

• Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data center operations and critical infrastructure environments

• Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage

• Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy

• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
