主要职责：

• 结合业务部年度战略、市场策略规划，制定适合区域自身发展的策略和医学推广计划；
• 带领团队实现公司年度业务目标、对大区策略进行分解并制定行动计划以确保交付结果；
• 通过市场及客户洞察，挖掘潜在市场机会；
• 合理有效地进行大区内财务预算及资源分配，确保活动执行过程中符合公司合规要求；
• 积极与区域内重要客户共建战略联盟、持续发展共赢合作关系；
• 有效利用绩效管理工具辅导、管理团队，提升团队整体胜任力水平，搭建人才梯队；
• 积极构建以科学为本、团队制胜、卓越执行、绩效导向的团队文化；

任职要求：

• 统招本科及以上学历，并获得学士及以上学位；
• 八年及以上销售工作经验，优秀的销售业绩，四年及以上的团队管理经验；
• 优秀的团队管理能力及资源统筹能力；
• 专业的形象展示能力、极强的说服沟通说服能力及客户融动能力；
• 熟练应用office等办公操作软件；
• 具有市场部、医学事务部、政府事务及市场准入部等其他策略部门相关工作经验者优先。
• 在入职60天内申请获得招商银行公务卡。
• 试用期内通过中国外商投资企业协会药品研制和开发行业委员会(“RDPAC”) 举办的MRC测试取得不低于80分的成绩，以及按照公司要求完成入职培训、合规培训及考核并达到相关要求（该等条件和要求属于员工应满足的录用条件，如未能按照公司要求完成相关测试、培训并满足考核，将视为试用期内不符合录用条件。）
