You’ll specifically take care of adapting and deploying the Supply Chain strategy and footprint while ensuring alignment with regional and local strategies but also lead initiatives to enhance processes and tools across the site.
We’ll look to you for:
Deploying supply chain standards (processes, methods, tools) and associated documentation
Managing deployment roadmaps and ensuring alignment across the site
Identifying site needs and defining local requirements for transversal processes and tools
Leading people development initiatives, including skills development, training, and qualification pathways
Preparing and monitoring budgets within your scope, ensuring cost optimization
Driving performance KPIs and ensuring compliance with process reviews and audits
Managing S&OP and MPS processes for manufacturing sites
Supporting projects to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments
Ensuring operations adhere to Alstom’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes, including industrial planning, materials planning, and logistics operations
Knowledge of supply chain strategy deployment and performance monitoring
Familiarity with budget preparation and cost optimization initiatives
A certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new global tools and highest standards for SC process management
