职位描述
1.技术响应支持：负责区域内能源设施技术问题的响应与处理，建立区域技术问题分级处理机制，协调总部技术资源，解决复杂技术难题，建立技术知识库，沉淀技术解决方案 2.技术难题处理：主导区域内重大技术故障的分析与处理，建立技术难题攻关小组机制，总结技术难题处理经验，形成标准化解决方案推动技术改进和优化建议 3.技术赋能带教：制定区域技术人员技能提升方案，配合学习成长组织开展技术培训和技能认证，支持技术人员能力评估体系落地推动技术标准化作业流程落地 4.商务技术支持：参与重要客户的技术交流和方案制定，支持BD过程中的技术咨询和方案设计，协助进行技术投标和技术谈判提供技术风险评估和建议 5.电气安全管理：协同车务安全落实区域电气安全管理制度和标准，组织开展电气安全检查和隐患排查，建立安全事故应急处理机制
职位要求
1、精通电力系统、充电桩、换电站等相关技术 2、具备团队管理、项目管理、培训管理经验，优秀的跨部门协调和客户沟通能力 3、具备技术改进和优化创新能力、能够承受高强度工作压力、沟通协调能力强，具备培训授课能力娟4、本科及以上，电气工程、电力系统、自动化等相关专业 5、5年以上充换电设备运维经验，2年以上技术管理支持经验 6、专业技能:持有高低压电工证、电气工程师等相关证书优先 7、头部补能设施运营商背景优先
