Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) PRN
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation
- Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current CRT or RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
