Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end spare parts inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted factory activities.
• Execute spare parts procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing operational requirements and cost efficiency.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP and other business systems.
• Monitor stock movements, consumption patterns, and inventory health to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Support maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability of critical spare parts and materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Drive adherence to inventory control standards and best practices across the factory.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and spare parts management efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, issuance, and tracking of spare parts in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and relevant vendors to ensure smooth execution of inventory and procurement activities.
• Willingness to work full-time in a factory environment located in Savar.
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related disciplines).
• Prior exposure to SAP (Inventory Management, Procurement, or related modules).
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, spare parts management, supply chain, or procurement processes.
• Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
