Bilfinger UK are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing inspection team as NDT Technicians.

The role involves the deployment of non-destructive testing techniques including RAD, UT, MPI, DPI & EC and more, in both offshore and onshore settings.

A minimum IRATA Level 1 Rope Access certification is required due to the nature of access for certain inspection scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform conventional NDT inspections.
  • Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure safe and effective rope access operations (IRATA Level 3).
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
  • Comply with site-specific safety and quality standards.
  • Support training and mentoring of junior or developing technicians (if applicable).
  • Travel to onshore, offshore, and international locations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • IRATA qualification (Level 1, 2 or 3)
  • PCN/CSWIP (or equivalent) Level 2 Radiography
  • PCN/CSWIP (or equivalent) Advanced Radiation Safety (ARS/RPS)
  • Experience with Computed Radiography
  • Experience with Digital Radiography
  • PCN / CSWIP Level 2 Ultrasonic Testing minimum 3.1, 3.2
  • Experience and qualification in In-Service Inspection
  • Offshore Survival Certification (BOSIET/FOET)
  • UKOOA Medical
  • MIST
  • EBS

Desirable:

  • PCN / CSWIP Level 2 MPI Testing
  • PCN / CSWIP Level 2 DPI Testing
  • PCN / CSWIP Level 2 Eddy Current
