Scope The Corrections Systems Portfolio requires a temporary Programmer/Developer (L3) with 10+ years’ experience for the design, coding and unit testing of enhancements and for troubleshooting and break/fix solutions support for a number of system in the portfolio. The successful proponent will be responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into working, tested applications. Assignment Deliverables To Integrate the LSI-OR (Level of Service Inventory-Ontario Revision) RASO (Risk Assessment for Sexual Offending) and ODARA (Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment) tools into one platform with connectivity to Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS). The risk assessments on the platform would be programmed to enable the appropriate assessment(s) to be accessed based on offender information in OTIS. Criteria 5: Public Service Experience - 5 Points Previous experience in the last 5 years working as a Software Developer on application development projects in OPS, JTS within enterprise environments. Knowledge Transfer What needs to be KT • Knowledge transfer to the FTE to be completed prior to the end of the assignment. To whom • The FTE will meet weekly with the consultant to facilitate the knowledge transfer. • All aspect of design, documentation and code related to this project will be transferred to the FTE. When • All code and related documentation will be stored in the JTS TFS for retrieval. • The FTE will also ensure the consultant is checking-in proper version of the code and the related documents into the repository.
