RQ11212 - Project Control Officer - Intermediate

Project Description - 'APEX/ORDS Evergreening' - The goal of the APEX/ORDS evergreening initiative is to upgrade the full technical stack for 5 Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks business critical applications. The current suite is built with Oracle database, APEX/ORDS, and Red Hat Linux OS software which are all at end-of-life support with the manufacturer. To stay secure and compliant with Ontario's Digital and Data Strategy, the systems software and hardware technical components must be upgraded - A process known as Evergreening . Cloud hosting is targeted as part of this evergreening

Responsibilities: Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.

 Must Have:

• Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
• Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
• Experience in business analysis and interactions, maintaining communication with end users/clients.
• Experience coordinating and tracking user acceptance testing activities
