Responsibilities:

  and manage the delivery of complex IT infrastructure and operational
  projects, overseeing full project lifecycle activities including scope,
  schedule, cost, and risk management.

  Coordinate
  release planning and patching activities, ensuring alignment with
  operational priorities and minimal service disruption.
• 
  Engage
  and communicate with stakeholders, including ministry partners, executive
  leadership, and technical teams, to ensure clear direction, alignment, and
  timely decision-making.

  Support
  IT operations by coordinating incident response, managing service tickets,
  and facilitating change management processes, including CRQs.
• 
  Drive
  infrastructure initiatives and manage ITS engagement to ensure compliance
  with standards, processes, and governance requirements.

  Identify,
  assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, providing
  recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• 
  Prepare
  and maintain project documentation and reporting, ensuring effective
  knowledge transfer and transparency across teams.
