Technical Knowledge - 30%

• 
  Extensive hands-on experience with Catalyst
  based business registry and/or occupational registry systems and their related data models.
• 
  Extensive experience using Oracle databases & structured SQL-based query languages.
• 
  Proven ability to provide technical recommendations and create technical artefacts regarding database schemas, queries, data extracts, reports and DB performance while working within system and/or environment constraints
• 
  Extensive hands-on experience working with an n-tier J2EE-based portal and web application server environment including enterprise service bus, DataPower and standards-based web services
• 
  Previous hands on experience with applications built on IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM WebSphere Application Server and WSRP-based applications

  Experience developing and
  supporting dashboards in Microsoft Databricks
