Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will provide dedicated, hands‑on business analysis support to the Enterprise Data Collection Platform (EDCP) and Stakeholder Management System (SMS), working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and quality assurance to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across multiple applications and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for EDCP and SMS initiatives, including enhancements, maintenance activities, process improvements, and modernization efforts.
• 
  Manage and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and backlogs across multiple applications with overlapping timelines and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery schedules.
• 
  Work closely with program stakeholders to clarify business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and manage change impacts across agencies and ministries.
• 
  Support delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives (e.g., annual enhancements, phased rollouts, API enhancements, and platform improvements) by coordinating requirements, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
• 
  Collaborate with QA and delivery teams to ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned with quality standards, including supporting the standardization of user stories and use cases to enable QA automation.
• 
  Contribute to EDCP process improvement initiatives by analyzing current‑state workflows, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and documenting future‑state processes and recommendations.
• 
  Support risk mitigation by proactively identifying requirement gaps, timeline risks, and cross‑project dependencies, and escalating issues as appropriate.
• 
  Ensure business and system documentation is accurate, current, and supports knowledge transfer, auditability, and long‑term sustainability.
• 
  Engage with stakeholders across EDCP modules, SMS, and related portfolios to maintain consistency in analysis approaches and deliverables.
• 
  Provide ongoing support throughout the delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
