Job Description


Assignment Type - Onsite: This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.

MUST HAVES:

At least 10 years of experience

Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.

Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Experience with enterprise level Architecture Standards and artifacts (e.g., Business Architecture Document, Solutions Architecture Document, Solution Requirements Document, and Information Architecture Document).

Experience in using technical solution design and prototyping tools to assist in JAD and design sessions with stakeholders

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Skills and Knowledge:

Experience with leading information technology (IT) architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks, strategies and methodologies within a variety of domains such as Business, Technology, Application, and/or Security.

Experience with planning, design, delivery and implementation of architecture solutions for large scale, complex, multi-year I&IT projects required to meet the critical business requirements of our ministry client(s) impacting external stakeholders.

Experience leading project's Gating and enterprise level Architecture Review Board activities for different stage of the project and getting the necessary approval.

Knowledge of Solution design and Business Analysis experience at the specified level in large IT organizations

Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful and Web Services APIs
