RQ09663 - Int. Software Developer - Front End

Downtown Toronto

On-site/Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote

Contract (9 months)

Designing, developing and implementing front-end code including user interface interactions and creating attractive and effective user interfaces

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Must Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with React framework and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.jsand Next.js
• Experience building and testing RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of Jamstack Architecture
• Current/hands-on Development exp.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Hands-on experience with responsive design, front-end testing and debugging techniques, page load optimization and version control
• Experience working within a large organization / big teams

Nice-to-Have:
