RQ09572 - Sr. Business Analyst (CISO)

407 and Dixie Rd

Hybrid - minimum 3 days a week in the office

Contract (4 months, possible extension)

Security Level: OPP Level 4 (must get clearance before start date)

The business analyst will review internal and external business processes and will be exposed to sensitive information relating to existing criminal intelligence operations and practices.

Scope:

CISO is embarking on a series of projects to upgrade existing IT applications or build new ones.

This will require a formalized approach to documenting current and future states of workflows and data repositories; and new business requirements of new applications.

The analyst will review deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to streamline outcomes and enhance service delivery.

The BA will be required to:

• produce Business requirements documents,
• visios of business processes or conceptual IT architectural diagrams
• powerpoint presentations of findings from their analysis
• possibly summarize test cases

Must-have:

1. CISO is embarking on several new projects in the near future, and are looking for someone with enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and to assist standing up a new Ministry program.
2. The BA will assist in the design and implementation of this new office and must be well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements
3. Illustrate Business processes, conceptual IT architecture diagrams in Visio
