Responsibilities: Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Design user interfaces for vSkillsExperience and Skill Set Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
• Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
• Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default

· Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools

Must haves:

• 3+ years as UX designer
