Evaluation Breakdown
1. Cloud knowledge and Experience - 40%
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience enabling and designing the Government of Ontario's clouds primarily with Oracle some knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud technology would be useful. This experience would need be with Cloud environments that are of the same scale as the Government of Ontario Cloud or BPS environments.
2. Communications and Customer Service - 15%
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve operational issues, negotiate or document process related intelligence.
3. Analysis and Problem-Solving - 15%
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Cloud environment incidents and working with vendor partners.
Supplier Comments
Must Haves:
Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) / Infrastructure, design and implementation.
Security design within the Oracle Cloud.
Working within a complex large project with Oracle Financial Software.
