• Pipeline Management of Requisitions
• Resume Rating & Mining
• Recruiting Candidates
• Candidate/Client Interaction
• Candidate Offer Letter Generation
• Candidate Screening using Behavioral Based Interviewing
• Database Updates/Management
• Other Administrative Support as Assigned (Interview scheduling, background checks, etc)

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 years recruiting or staffing experience
• Desired like business/professional experience
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive
• Very strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional quality of work
• Ability to handle high pressure situations in a professional & customer focused manner
