The Retirement Plans and Asset Services (RPAS) Business Analyst is primarily responsible for working closely with the RPAS Leadership Team by analyzing and creating complex and actionable reports, and initiating and managing various projects that support both the LOB Leaders and Client Service teams. Offers creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needsActs as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team, while demonstrating a high level of confidentiality.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You willdevelop and maintain critical relationships between RPAS, Wealth Management Services, Information Services, and line of business leaders at all levels.

You will use your project management skills to come in on time with projects with minimal impact on the line of business you support.

You will support implementations of new features, system applications, and processes.

You will provide analytical and other ongoing support to compliance and risk management teams.

You will search for efficiencies while you continue to move items forward and overcome difficulties that arise.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study and ­­5-7 years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­project management or data analysis or 11-13 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
