What You'll do:

- Develop, maintain, and support UiPath RPA solutions in production environments.

- Design technical automation solutions, including system integrations and process automation workflows.

- Work with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps

- Monitor automation processes, investigate failures, perform troubleshooting, and ensure platform stability.

- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities within IT operations environments.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and help map business processes for automation opportunities.

- Ensure technical quality, maintainability, and scalability of automation solutions.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver automation initiatives

Who You Are:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 3+ years of proven experience with UiPath (mandatory requirement).

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps

- Experience working in production support environments and resolving operational issues.

- Understanding of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience designing and developing robust automation architectures.

- Proactive and analytical mindset, with an interest in exploring new technologies and automation products.
