RPA Developer (Power Automate Desktop & Power Platform)

About the Role
Drives DKSH's digital transformation agenda by designing and deploying end-to-end process automation solutions that elevate operational efficiency and strengthen business controls. This role plays a critical part in enabling Consumer Goods and cross-functional teams to work smarter through Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

What You Will Deliver

• Design, develop, and deploy attended and unattended automations using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) to streamline high-volume, rule-based business processes
• Build Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, notifications, and scheduled workflows that drive efficiency and visibility across functions
• Partner with Consumer Goods stakeholders and collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Analyze and automate end-to-end processes involving SAP, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, web and desktop applications, reports, master data, and supporting documents
• Translate business requirements, rules, exceptions, and control needs into scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions that deliver lasting operational impact
• Apply exception handling, logging, retry, monitoring, security, and credential-management practices to ensure solution reliability and alignment with governance standards
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing maintenance of production automations while producing clear and comprehensive documentation
• Build reusable components and uphold Power Platform governance and development standards to ensure quality and consistency across solutions
• Demonstrate ownership and continuous improvement in business process automation, contributing to DKSH's digital culture and innovation agenda
• Collaborate across Consumer Goods and related functions to deliver sustainable automation solutions and champion user adoption
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, application development, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience delivering Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate cloud solutions in a production environment
• Experience working with business stakeholders through requirements gathering, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support
• Experience automating high-volume, rule-based processes involving SAP, Microsoft 365, reports, master data, or supporting documents
• Prior exposure to Consumer Goods operations or collaboration with Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance teams is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP-enabled business processes is an advantage
• Practical experience with Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, approvals, expressions, and Microsoft 365 integration
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Forms
• Experience with Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)/macros and data handling using Structured Query Language (SQL), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or similar technologies
• Knowledge of process mapping, testing, technical documentation, and automation governance
• Additional advantage: SAP automation, Dataverse, Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Builder, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), UiPath, Python, Azure services, or Git
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, relationship management, and business partnering skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficient in written and spoken both Thai and English
• Be legally authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship
• Able to collaborate effectively with the team through regular attendance at our Bangkok office as part of a hybrid working arrangement
