BP3 is seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our automation delivery team. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade automation solutions for enterprise clients - covering the full lifecycle from process assessment to deployment and ongoing support, increasingly enhanced with AI/ML capabilities.
This is not a "build and hand off" role. Working closely with BP3 architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of your solutions, from identifying automation opportunities to production monitoring and continuous improvement.
