Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 and Python scripting The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in end-to-end bot development, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and enhance automation workflows using Python scripting and reusable components.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process assessment, and solution design discussions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, deployment, and production implementation.
• Monitor bot performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development, deployment, and production issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business users, Business Analysts, and IT teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with RPA development standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Process Design Documents (PDD)
  • Solution Design Documents (SDD)
  • Test Cases and Test Results
  • Deployment and Release Notes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to CoE standards and reusable frameworks.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting
• Experience in end-to-end bot development, deployment, and support.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring practices.
• Familiarity with version control and release management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (preferred).
• Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation capabilities such as Document Automation, OCR, or Generative AI integrations is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
