We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with UiPath, applies REFramework consistently, and can independently deliver end-to-end automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows end-to-end
Apply UiPath REFramework in all applicable solutions (mandatory)
Develop services that interact with other systems via REST APIs
Conduct testing, debugging, enhancements, and performance optimization with minimal supervision
Maintain, monitor, and optimize deployed bots to ensure operational stability
Handle secure integrations including SFTP, S3, SharePoint, and PCI-DSS-aligned implementations
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to refine requirements
Document workflows, logic, and troubleshooting guides clearly
Provide technical support to end-users and mentor junior developers when needed
Participate in Agile/PwOw ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Explore and adapt to other RPA platforms beyond UiPath
Preferred: Integrate Office 365 services using Microsoft Graph API
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Must have hands-on experience working with UiPath REFramework
Minimum 1 year of experience implementing microservices
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with C# or VB.NET
Familiarity with SQL or related databases
Experience working with secure storage solutions (SFTP, S3, SharePoint) and PCI-DSS practices
Familiar with Agile or PwOw ways of working
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
