Job Description

We are seeking an RPA Developer to design and implement robotic process automation solutions that streamline telecom and fintech operations. You will identify automation opportunities in billing, provisioning, customer onboarding, payment processing, and back-office operations, building bots that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots for telecom processes (SIM activation, number porting, bill processing) and fintech workflows (KYC verification, transaction reconciliation, loan processing)
• Analyze business processes in customer service, billing, and payment operations to identify automation opportunities
• Automate data entry, report generation, and system integrations across telecom and banking systems
• Create process documentation and technical specifications for automation solutions
• Test and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Monitor bot performance and implement error handling for critical processes
• Integrate RPA solutions with CRM, billing systems, and payment gateways
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, or similar languages
• Understanding of workflow design and process automation concepts
• Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating telecom or banking processes
• RPA certifications (UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of OCR and document processing for KYC and compliance workflows
