
Join our Hyper Automation team and help build reliable automation solutions that support Arla’s global business. In this role, you will take ownership of solutions from design and development through to production support and continuous improvement, working closely with colleagues across teams to create practical and sustainable improvements.
As RPA Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of automation solutions — from translating business requirements into technical workflows to building, testing, deploying and supporting automations in production. The role sits in the Hyper Automation area within IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid hands-on experience in RPA development and a good understanding of business processes, solution design and production support. You should be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into reliable automation solutions and taking ownership of what you deliver.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
