The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

Whirlpool is looking for a Senior Analyst (SA) / lead with a keen focus on running Application Management Services (AMS) for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. The senior analyst will work closely with the Vendor development team, Business Process Experts to ensure the stability of all the Automations and Identify bottlenecks when possible. Ensures there's adequate planning and Impact analysis is done for upcoming application upgrades . Senior analysts will be responsible for leading the Impact analysis projects for RPA due to major upgrades to applications, Leading new capability projects as part of the automation ecosystem. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate candidates who believe in continuous improvement and focus on automation of end to end projects.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Investigate any issues in the production environment and raise remediation with the business or log issue tickets as required by standard production support process
  • Engage with business user and automation development team for reviewing tickets, determine resolutions and redesign automated processes if required
  • Manage and support automations running in production within prescribed SLAs
  • Ensure support team is handling incidents and request tickets within prescribed SLAs
  • Continuous improvement through exceptional management of service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure responsiveness to issues working both with internal and vendor resources
  • Manage digital workers ID (creation & maintenance) along the lifecycle
  • Consolidate business and operational KPIs related to bot performance
  • Work with Business Champions to identify RPA-specific benefits
  • Define metrics to measure benefits, calculate benefits and validate realization plan
  • Lead and manage RPA Dashboards and Build New Dashboards if required.
  • Lead major continuous improvement projects
  • Provide Inputs on leading new automation trends and technology updates the Automation COE Team
  • Able to lead and manage Proof of concept Projects which includes new RPA Technologies
  • Ability to interpret business issues and recommend leading fit solutions/practices
  • Act as a Subject matter expert for RPA’s for the entire COE Team and Guide the entire team on solving complex issues related to RPA platform.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 1+ year of Business Analyst Experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in RPA Technologies preferably UI path.

  • Trained at foundation level for UI Path RPA platform

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Proficient with Design Thinking methodologies to support idea generation and management

  • Understanding of Automation technologies landscape - RPA, AI/ML, OCR, Virtual Assistant, Cloud Computing etc.

  • Understanding of enterprise-wide opportunity management processes and tools like Automation Hub etc.

  • Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma professional

  • Understanding of Project management & Governance practices

  • Certified in UI path Automation platform
