Job Description

Basic Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
• Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
• Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
• Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
• Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
• Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
• Good knowledge of *Automation*, *RPA*, and *AI* solutions
• Exposure to platforms like *ServiceNow*, *Genesys*, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
• Strong *stakeholder management* and collaboration skills
• Support in *proposal creation* and solution design
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
