Your team
The AI and Data Platform Domain is primarily responsible for translating the business requirements into enterprise IT applications and implementing, maintaining, and supporting the applications. Furthermore, AI and Data Platform Domain has the responsibility to ensure alignment between the IT strategy and business strategy, and to ensure the alignment between information application architecture and business requirements.
NXP IT is well recognized as a modern IT organization with an Agile way of working. The automation team will play a central role within AI and Data Platforms with many touchpoints to other solution teams, IT domains and business organizations. This team is one of the enablers for NXP’s digital transformation journey.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:
• Experience in the RPA area and understanding of key automation technologies: robotic process automation (RPA), process mining, cognitive automation (CA), and artificial intelligence (AI).
• A good understanding of UiPath development.
• An in depth understanding of data flows and process modelling (ERM, flow diagrams, etc.)
• Deep understanding of processes and best practices, but also understanding of automation tools
• Experiences in working in a software development environment.
• Experience with change management and incident management, preferrable via Service-Now.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills as well as ability to teach junior developers and explain solutions from high to low level.
• Project Management experiences in Agile and very good understanding of its methodologies.
Furthermore, you have:
• Ability to collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining and executing large projects and change programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues.
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• 7-10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (Consultancy, Project or Development domain) with automation technologies.
• A master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or similar.
