Mushroom Music and Good Neighbour are looking for an entry-level Royalty Administrator to support our Royalty Manager (Recordings & Neighbouring Rights) and assist with the end-to-end royalty process across our roster of artists, performers and partners.
This role is perfect for someone who’s nearing the end of their music business degree, has strong admin skills, loves detail, and wants to start a long-term career in the music industry.
This is a part-time, 3 day per week role.
About the role:
As Royalty Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our royalty systems are accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. You’ll help manage contract set ups, vendor information, reporting and queries, and support the quarterly royalty distribution process (March, June, September and December).
You’ll also become a key point of contact for artists, managers and label partners when they need support with royalty and accounting-related queries.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work, problem solving, and being the person who keeps things running in the background.
