
We are searching for 2 year maternity replacement for the role of logsticics operations specailist in Hungary. The role oversees the Supply Chain tasks execution in a short and mid term horizon, providing support to the local units. It handles day to day operation task enabling goods receiving and logistic order processing, indicating potential bottlenecks or any valuable logistic information on daily basis. Participates in external Logistic Service Provider management, ensuring compliance in qualitative and quantitative KPI’s.
What are we looking for?
1. Education & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in logistics (preferable), business administration or business operations management area.
· Fluent Market language and English
2. Knowledge/Experience
· Systems knowledge: advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, experience using ERP systems, 1NAV/SAP is preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint). Power BI or another advanced reporting tool is a plus.
· Strong understanding of Warehouse and transportation activities.
· Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings, with a mix of functions and management levels.
· Negotiation and contract management for external providers.
· Preferably, the jobholder has working knowledge of the local trade environment.
· Good understanding of project management.
· Action and Process oriented.
What will be your key responsibilities?
· Manages 3PL relationship and fulfillment of contractual KPI’s
· Manages goods inbound process from factories, handling multiple suppliers.
Supports local unit for Logistic Service Provider related activities
· Takes responsibility for inventory management and reconciliation between ERP and WMS.
· Coordinates the invoicing and destruction process for warehouse damaged & missing items.
Propose cost or quality improvements in logistic operations.
· Provides data analysis on request for cost and service improvement initiatives.
