ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ROVING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SPECIALIZING IN THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPACE?

Tesoro Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to serve our long-term clients within the St. Paul/Minneapolis Metro and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in residential property maintenance and be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day. We are looking for senior level technicians with senior level skills! Ideally, you possess a certification or certifications such as CPO, Boilers and/or EPA.

Salary: $30-$35/hour DOQ and skill set.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: standard daytime hours (8am-9am start and 4pm-5pm end). No on-call while on contract

Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations

• Be a valuable part of an effective on-site team
• Know and adhere to all standards of quality
• Maintain daily service request system and complete service requests
• Perform follow up calls on service requests
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• Maintain physical appearance of the community
  
• Perform apartment turnover duties
• Repair and replace appliances
• Maintain maintenance inventory
• Maintain safe and organized maintenance shop, storage and mechanical rooms
• Shovel/sweep using broom, shovel snow

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in residential maintenance
• Boilers, CPO and EPA experience is preferred, certifications will be required at certain sites if applicable.
• Experience in unit turns, preventative maintenance and work orders is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a background check.
