About the Role
We are currently seeking professional and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team supporting a data centre security operation in Homebush This role requires officers who are vigilant, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a high-security technology environment.
The position primarily involves patrolling duties and access control, ensuring the site remains secure and all visitors, contractors, and staff comply with security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the data centre facility
Manage access control points and verify authorised entry
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or incidents
Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs
Provide a professional security presence and customer service
Follow all site-specific security procedures and protocols
Requirements
Valid NSW Security Licence
First aid and CPR certificate
Previous data centre security experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong observation and communication skills
Professional presentation and reliability
Ability to work independently and follow strict procedures
