As a Routing Coordinator, you will support daily routing operations by building, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality service routes across assigned markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring routes are efficient, executable, and aligned with operational and customer service expectations. Working closely with the Manager of Routing Operations and cross-functional teams, you will help improve route efficiency, support field operations, and contribute to Sharps’ commitment to best-in-industry service standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data analysis, operational problem-solving, collaboration, and working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines. Candidates must be able to work standard business hours within the Central or Eastern Time Zone to support operational needs and cross-functional collaboration.
