
Tuscan Dairy is looking for a driven Route Settlement Associate!
Under direct supervision, prepare and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets, and invoice sheets. Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets. Mark off tickets and load sheets against control sheet. Check information uploaded from technology devices and correct problems. Assist with PC system input and reports.
Pay: $23.05/hour
Schedule: Day Shift
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets, and invoices
· Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets
· Verify tickets and load sheets against control sheet
· Check information uploaded from handheld and other technology devices and correct problems
· Monitor completeness of route settlement packages

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Some office experience, including experience using computers, preferred
· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
· Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
· Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)
· Able to follow directions
· Able to organize own work activities
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division,
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
