  • Schedule: RSAs are apart of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on and won., Between 3am and 6am depending on format. Subject to change based on business need. - When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

  • Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
  • Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
  • Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
  • Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
  • Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
