Daily Rate of $56.82 plus uncapped commission! Yearly salary between $58,000 - $65,000 annually

Route Sales Associates are responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising the Company’s products directly to established and prospective customers along their assigned route. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing product distribution, and ensuring all accounts are serviced in alignment with company standards. Employees in this position work in the field, visiting accounts daily, and are expected to achieve designated sales and distribution goals across all corporate brands.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of this position is to service and grow assigned accounts by delivering products and executing sales plans. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Visit assigned customer accounts daily to deliver products, build displays, and merchandise shelves to company standards.
• Sell and promote company brands to increase sales volume and market penetration.
• Develop sales plans for each account, ensuring volume and distribution goals are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and key account personnel.
• Ensure product freshness by rotating stock, removing out-of-date product, and maintaining proper shelf facings.
• Secure additional display space and secondary placements during promotional periods.
• Identify and communicate competitive activity or challenges to the sales supervisor.
• Handle customer requests promptly, including “Grand Opening” events, signage, or display materials.
• Properly complete all daily route paperwork, invoices, and required reporting.
• Maintain company property and assigned vehicle in clean, safe condition and report any issues immediately.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
Required:
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
• Minimum of 1–2 years successful sales, merchandising, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Beverage or consumer packaged goods sales experience.

ENVIRONMENTAL/ATMOSPHERIC WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Daily travel to and from customer accounts (indoor/outdoor conditions).
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of product cases and equipment.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching while servicing accounts.
