As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting account activities, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing operational performance. You will work closely with customers, Field Specialists, and internal teams to ensure efficient service execution while identifying opportunities to improve processes and create additional value.

In this role, you will leverage your planning, coordination, and customer service expertise to support operational excellence across assigned accounts. You will contribute to service delivery success by helping optimize routes, resources, and account activities while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Supporting account management activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Coordinating and overseeing Field Specialist activities across assigned customer accounts.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive service support.
Identifying opportunities for value creation and supporting account growth initiatives.
Contributing to the development and execution of annual operational plans for the team.
Recommending improvements to products, processes, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaborating with business unit teams to align operational priorities and customer requirements.
Coordinating activities, schedules, and resources to support successful service delivery.
Working within established contracts, frameworks, and standardized operational processes.
Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards.
Utilize and apply geographical knowledge of Oklahoma and Kansas regions.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience in account management, operations planning, service delivery, logistics, or a related field.
Have strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Be able to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Have experience working within structured operational processes and service agreements.
Be able to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer value.
Work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
