Job Description

This role supports field operations and general oilfield maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general oilfield site support and maintenance

• Perform light equipment operation and manual labor as needed

• Support fluid transfers, site clean-up, and other routine operational tasks

• Safely operate hand tools and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

• Work alongside field operators and technicians to ensure efficient site operations

• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• Must reside within commuting distance of Brandon, MS (Jackson Dome) (no relocation or housing provided)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving required.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, MVR, fit for duty and agility test.
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability
• Previous oilfield or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
