Kitchen Associate (Rotisserie cook)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rotisserie Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about preparing high-quality, flavorful food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook rotisserie-style meats (such as chicken, pork, or beef) according to company recipes and standards
• Operate and maintain rotisserie ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times
• Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistency and quality
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and food preparation as needed
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
