Position: Rotative Equipment Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Rotative Equipment Supervisor to join our team. The Rotative Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all rotating equipment in our company. This includes pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all rotating equipment.
- Ensure that all rotating equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols for all rotating equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and repairs.
- Train and supervise a team of technicians in the maintenance and operation of rotating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
- Experience with various types of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
