Job Description

This 12-month rotational opportunity offers a unique development experience within theRexultiBrand Marketing team, focused on healthcare provider (HCP) marketing in the AAD space. In this full-time assignment, the individual will gain hands-on exposure to strategic brand planning, execution of HCP promotional tactics, and cross-functional collaboration across analytics, sales, and operations. The role is designed to build strong marketing acumen, deepen understanding of data-driven decision-making, and develop enterprise leadership capabilities by working across complex stakeholder environments. This experience will position the individual for future leadership roles in marketing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the agency of record (AOR) to develop, produce, and execute HCP marketing tactics

  • Support execution of 2026–2027 brand strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners (analytics, sales, operations, etc.)

  • Coordinate andfacilitatekey touchpoints with marketing leadership, sales leadership, and field teams to gather insights and drive alignment

  • Assistin planning and execution of key meetings, including workshops, internal reviews, and sales meetings

  • Develop and support content creation, including slide decks and promotional materialsthrough PRC

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and internal processes to ensuretimelyand compliant delivery

Required Experience & Skills

  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and key business processes

  • Experience in commercial roles or supporting commercial teams

  • Strong learning agility with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyon time and within budget

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders

  • Effective budget management and understanding of internal processes

  • Strong communicationand organizational skills
