Job Description

CRC is hiring for a Rotating Equipment Coordinator for their Ventura office. The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $110K to $140K, with a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Responsibilities:

  • Provide safety oversight in the field for suppliers in alignment with Aera’s processes and procedures.
  • Champion Aera’s risk exposure reduction commitment in partnership with our business partners
  • Provide operations support for crews executing the business plan in the field through process knowledge
  • Ensure environmental compliance with federal, state, and county laws, and commitment with Aera’s standards.
  • PSWE- Scoping, Planning and Scheduling Aera teams, Area's contracting force oversight and collaboration with Operations
  • Actively participate in the SDI process; lead and champion projects and concepts as needed.
  • Receive and approve charges in ZPAT
  • Able to contribute to and to execute plans and tactics to meet business objectives
  • Demonstrate understanding of how various process impact business.
  • Able to align, empower, and improve people, teams, and processes.
  • Detailed process knowledge; seek to apply and share best practices.
  • Able to utilize data to understand and improve process performance.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively manages change and conflict
  • IC trained to help asset with Tracker rotation and response
  • Business: The ability to manage, lead, and standardize the Aera STPR process to meet business objectives; able to link specific activities to business results
  • Organizational: The ability to work closely with STPR alliance suppliers to effectively plan and execute STPR work processes and deliver projects safely and with quality and productivity
  • Problem Solving/Decision Making: Strong continuous improvement abilities are desired. Demonstrated ability to utilize data to make decisions
  • Communication: Articulate; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Process/Technical: The successful candidate would exhibit most of the following attributes:
    • SAP knowledge
    • Seeing safety as a genuine value, belief in a zero-injury workplace
    • Having a continuous improvement (C.I.) mindset and skills (kaizen facilitation, RCFA, six sigma etc
    • Driven to increase productivity and quality
    • Capable of creating various KPI’s and reports to support cost tracking and opportunity areas

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience in the areas of instrumentation, controls, and/or electrical
  • Working knowledge and use of computer systems (e.g., MS Office Suite, SAP, Fluix, MS Projects, K2, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities within processes and identify cost savings opportunities
  • Able to coordinate complex work across facilities, processes and teams
  • Has experience leading kaizen improvement activities, developing value stream maps and identifying waste.
  • Understands how to conduct RCFA''s to help eliminate process failures
  • Has experience troubleshooting process equipment such as pumps, compressors, engines, valves, and pipelines
  • Has experience troubleshooting processes such as Crude Lifting & Measurement, Oil Dehydration, Water Treatment, Gas Treatment, Steam Generation and Steam/Water Injection
  • Understands the data warehouse and interprets data using computer software and systems (SAP, Business Objects, etc.).
  • Has experience planning and scheduling work for self and others
  • Has identified best practices and drives standardization across processes
