A warm, active family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, professional ROTA Nanny to provide loving and engaging care for their 3.5-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, and passionate about supporting a child’s development through play, education, and meaningful activities.
The family is looking for a long-term team member who values consistency, open communication, and has demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
Position Details
Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off up to 3 weeks while traveling
Languages: English and Spanish required
Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel for up to 3 weeks
Valid passport required
Candidates: Local candidates preferred; open to fly-in/fly-out candidates
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care
Create and plan engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and physical activity
Support the child's educational and developmental goals
Prepare meals and snacks for the child
Handle the child's laundry and keep his belongings and spaces organized
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have
5–10+ years of professional childcare experience
A degree in Education or relevant certifications in Montessori, early childhood education, or child development is preferred.
Experience caring for young children in a professional household setting
Fluency in English and Spanish
An active, energetic, and playful personality
A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach
The ability to receive and implement feedback graciously
Understands the dynamic in a private household and discreet.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
